How much do you measure round your middle? And how many weeks pregnant are you?

I saw my GP today and he said if you're laying down and measure round your middle level with your belly button, it should be about the same in inches as you are weeks gestation.
People have been telling me since 20 weeks that I am huge and today GP measured me at 45 inches! I'm 35w + 5d pregnant! GP not concerned but I'm curious how this compares to others?

I was pretty much 35 weeks and 35 cm round bump until the last few weeks when I was bigger round my tummy than the number of weeks
