Hello, I'm 34 + 4 and last week at a scan was told my baby was breech. I have heard that Moxibution/accupuncture has a fairly high success rate (approx 80%) - I was just wondering what others experiences are with it? If anyone knows of any other brill turning techniques let me know and when is best time? I am being induced at 38 + 4. A week before that I am going to try reflexology to bring on early labour instead of induction/sintosin. I am desperate to avoid a CS as husband can only take one week/ten days off, i have no one else apart from my MIL to help and she drives me bloody mad and is beyond bloody useless- so i need to be back on feet. Any help greatly appreciated

hello adi no experience but have heard moxi is good. a reflexologist who is trained in maternity reflexology would also work the point that moxi is applied to. Can you not go for a reflexology sooner and then have another? have you found someone? Would recommend you check this out for someone in your area maternity-reflexology.com/

Hi, it didn't work for me Sad but my mw recommended it so worth a try. Also look up spinning babies (on phone so can't link). Even ecv didn't turn my footling baby. Had elcs and it was fine, recovery much better and quicker than my nat birth. Good luck!

just wanted to echo what surfmama said, you can go for reflexology earlier, in fact from now. i went to a reflexologist at about a week overdue last time- she did wonders for my swollen feet but she did say that the reflexology induction methods she used were less likely to be sucessful because it was kind of too late- you sort need to build it up for a few weeks.
