3 rd pregnancy and my skin below my bump and above my pubic bone is flab and loose :( lord knows what it will b like after this one but think it wud need surgery dnt think exercise would help ? Anyone else have this prob?

Errr - yes, only (airbrushed) celebrities have perfect 'bikini bodies' - the rest of us are in varying shape from good to ...less so.

I don't know how bad you are talking, but I had a pretty flabby belly after the twins. I did the exercises they give you at the hospital loads and it has tightened up a bit. I have also lost some weight, and it isn't too bad - I couldn't wear a bikini, but in clothes I look fine. I think you just have to accept that there will be odd wobbly bits after lots of pregnancy.

There is nothing you can do about it at the moment, so I suggest you wait and see after the birth. The best things you can do are not to put on more weight than nec during this pregnancy, and try to keep active (tones muscles) - swimming is brilliant. Really hard to get done, though, if you already have lots of children.

Yea jus annoying :( im 25 weeks and put on a stone so far walk about 5 miles a week not much time for swimming as work long hours 6 days a week :( I must admit naughty me I didn't do the exercises last time so all my fault but will deff do this time! Thanks for replying xx
