Itchy! Itchy! Itchy! :(

Thirty eight weeks plus five. Itching like beejeezuz. Got what looks like a prickly heat rash all over my belly, on wrists and hands, and other unmentionable places. Seems to have developed pretty quickly. I am assuming it's just another third trimester symptom? Bloody annoying and uncomfortable is what it is. :(

If it's really bad and affecting your hands it could be a symptom of obstetric cholestasis. Think it would be a very good idea to get on the phone to your midwife and arrange to get seen today (probably in mat day assessment or similar) for bloods & general assessment.

I don't think it's obstetric cholestasis I don't think that shows as a rash. OP I think you have what I did its called PUP or some similar acronym, basically a very itchy rash, docs gave me several different creams and a pregnancy safe antihistamine it cleared up when I gave birth. Get to the doctors so they can sort you out and just double check it's not cholestasis. You could be in for an itchy couple of weeks though, sorry.

I've got a midwife appointment today anyway. I'm not too concerned about it because the itching is bearable, it doesn't feel too extreme. My skin seems to be the organ that has taken a battering during pregnancy. Developed a Hemangioma on my neck and have skin tags all over my upper body. Apart from that, everything else is dandy. :)
