I'm 38+5 and little one has been engaged for a week or so now. Last night I got some severe back pain, stomach cramps and nausea. Most of that passed and I went to sleep. I woke this morning with more back pain, sore boobs (first time since 12 weeks) and very tender downstairs.
Is my little man getting ready to arrive soon, or is this all just natural at this stage and no real indicator of anything?
