Help with heavy cramp-like pains at 22 weeks

Hi everyone:). I am a real newbie here on this site, newbie on pregnancy as well, since this is my first baby boy:). I am sooo excited and so happy we could have him. Symptoms related, I wasn't that much into queasing the first 3 months, though it wasn't at all smooth, with low blood pressure at times, but all good now, and feeling much much better. The only thing that really bothers and concerns me are these cramp-like pains that occur usually in the morning after i go to the toilet and sadly can last for a whole day or even days. I haven't noticed any patterns, my bladder is not full all the times, but it could be related to passing gas though, as everytime i do that it seems it's getting worse. The pain is located on my right side, it goes from my belly up to my lower back, and sometimes on my leg, and it's so painful i cannot even walk. If i sit down, i feel much better. But then again, when i stand up, it's twice as painful. Sometimes it goes away after another 1 or 2 trips to the toilet when i'm desperatley trying to pass gas again or do something, anything, and it just goes away. I haven't seen my gp yet, i want to next week, but wondering if anyone else has that, as i am getting a little bit concerned:(( thank you all for reading this.

Sounds like siatica (psiatica??) god knows how to spell it! Its when the baby lies on a nerve. V painful- I had it for a few days in my last pregnancy. Painkillers (paracetamol) is all my MW recommended!
