My MS is playing up like hell, I was wearing sea bands today but still managed to be sick at least 3 times.

I've taken them off in the hope I feel better.

If I'm hungry, just eaten thev nausea is always there , lying down can actually make it worse which is great when your constantly knackered. Been cooped up for weeks as I'm so ill its hard to be stood up for long periods of time.
I've mentioned going to docs but always get the 'don't do it, as natural as possible' thats great for my rellys who had next to no morning sickness.
But I'm struggling to function im so torn :'(.

Aww if you are feeling so rough you need to go to the doctors, I went to my gp and she prescribed me some tablets. The first lot I had didn't help but I went back and they tried some different ones which did help. It's not a case of having to do things naturally, you need to make sure you are able to function and don't end up dehydrated. You have my sympathies though, its rough! How many weeks are you?

RockChick1984 · 14/04/2012 10:38

Go to the dr's! A friend of mine ended up hospitalised with severe dehydration because she had really bad morning sickness and didn't want to see the dr, you need to do whatever is best to get you and your baby through this safely and as comfortably as possible!

I'm 9 weeks
I can keep some food down it differs from day to day some days one some days 5.
but I feel so rough cant stand up for too long.
I can feel my mothers judgement if I go to the docsthough.
I worry what comments she will make.

Don't tell her? It's your pregnancy, she doesn't have to know if you think she will pass judgement.

you whinge away luv, I bloody would in your situation.

then get thee to the doctor. I just cant see how anyone can think that avoiding healthcare when possibly needed can be good for you or the baby.

Please, you need to be in the best health possible for you both.

Hoebag · 15/04/2012 10:05

Thankyou all I think I will.
I've not been sick today
and instead of enjoying it I'm thinking 'Oh my god whats wrong'.

Oh I had that as well, I had a whole day without sickness at about 8 or 9 weeks, I was convinced there was a problem and something had gone wrong, but the next morning I was as sick as ever!! Good luck at the doctors

blondiep14 · 15/04/2012 20:34

I feel your pain.
Am just beginning to feel a bit better at 17 weeks. I think I would have gone to doctors if I'd have known it would last this long to be honest!

Can you go and not tell your Mum?!

Have you tried vitB6? I keep reading that is good tho read it too late for me really!

Good luck
