Spatone - how many sachets?

I'm 30 weeks and my iron levels are running a bit low. I already take pregnacare which contains some iron (15mg?), plus some good suplements (iron citrate) which is about another 14mg I think.
Have bought Spatone to try instead of my iron supllements but they only seemt to contain 5mg a sachet but say take 1 a day. I know they are meant to absorb ebtter but it sounds too little. Any advice?

I took 2 as advised by my midwife after the birth. Might be worth asking mw whats best. Spatone is good.

you will absorb nearly all of the iron in spatone, whereas the iron from tablets really isn't absorbed well at all.
I was advised to take them instead of my 200mg tablets after birth!

I'm taking one sachet a day in orange juice to help absorption. Leaflet inside says take two a day during pregnancy if your iron is low - worth a try!
