aaarrrrgghhh .......
anyone else? feel like i need to get my hand inside my diaphram mainly and stretch it - my shoulders and things feel itchy deep down inside and it is quite odd. sort of like when you do a yawn and a big internal stretch but sort of constant. am i mad or is anyone else experiencing this?!!!
