Sacroiliac Belt Advice - Anyone use a good one?

Hi, I have a tear in my disc from a car accident a couple of years ago which causes all kinds of lower back pain. This has gotton worse with pregnancy - I'm 15 weeks now - and my spinal consultant has now advised me to try a sacrioliac belt.

I didn't expect there to be so many on the market! And some are billed as specifically for pregnancy so I was wondering if anyone has any advice or recommendations? Would be a great help!

Ask for a referral to pregnancy physios as she belts work best when fitted correctly. I had one in my last pregnancy, but physio measured me and got correct type and size.

Agree with Izzy. Some areas have a self referral system. With my last pregnancy, I called and got the appt for three days later. Was then fitted and given two different belts. They were a lifer saver got me.
