I was working overseas when pregnant and did a lot of flying, including a long haul back to the UK, up until 34 weeks and it was fine.

Just flew at 30 weeks, returned at 31 weeks.
I didn't have any qualms about it at all so I'm not sure I can reassure you really...
Make sure you check the airline regs re pregnancy -I had to get a 'letter of permission to fly' for Aer Lingus from my GP. Paid £16 and they didn't even ask for it but better safe....

Flew through out my pregnancies and flew short-haul at 33 weeks & was fine. I also had to get a letter of permission from my GP, but no one asked for it.
I had low risk, completely healthy pregnancies & didn't even think twice about it - but if you have any health issues or worries, then it probably isn't worth it just because you'll be anxious.
