Ok so can't quite believe im going to ask a bunch of strangers about poo's but hey thats what its come to (feeling far to comfortable on the forums these days).

Im 37+3 and over the last week have noticed a real change in my poo's. Last week they were a bit soft and very light in colour, and the last few days its the total opposite and well they are almost black!! Blush

I havnt changed my diet at all and was wondering if anyone knows if this could have anything to do with pregnancy and did it happen to you in the last few weeks, or maybe my tummy is just a bit dodgy at the moment.

Sorry for a poo post first thing in the morning.

Hayley xx

Sometimes is a stool is hard and black in colour, it could be blood that was mixed with the stool and clotted and or scabbed. I would see a a DR as this can be a sign of bowel cancer.

I don't mean to upset you - but if the lighter colour is more usual.... see a DR.

I hope everything ok.

a lighter colour could indicate OC, so I would pop to the Dr/midwife and get checked out.
