weird symptom,anyone else?

For the last few weeks I have woken up with a headache ,on a couple of occasions had a nose bleed on waking. Black spots in front of my eyes that come and go. Feel sick and dizzy for next couple of hours then start feeling a bit better. Mw says bp fine. Am 32,weeks. Any ideas? Thanks

I'm also 32 weeks, I've had a few nosebleeds on waking which I think is normal? But not had the other symptoms you mention, if they've been going on a couple of weeks I'd get it checked out, even if your bp is normal, it could be something else.
