Where can you get then from???

I've read you can go to chemist but do you have to go through GP.

You can get travel bands from bigger chemists, no need for a prescription. I found them quite helpful.

Didn't work a jot for me! Large boots sell them if you want to try.

Poundland sell them in their travel aisle. They're black so look better and do exactly the same thing as the proper seabands ..

If your dead set on the posh ones you can get them cheap on amazon.

They are bloody marvellous things Grin

I'd second that they help. I guess it depends on degree of sickness and nausea.

Im 10wks and when I have those days of constant throat tugging nausea they definitely offer some relief.

I just don't have enough long long sleeve tops to keep them covered up so end up taking them off to avoid being 'outed' by friends/family!

Hope it helps you. x
