I just got a BFP!!!!

Have been trying for 4 months. This will be DC2. DD is 21 months. Am over the moon! Just wanted to share my happy news with you all as I want to shout it from the rooftops but won't be telling anyone in RL (except DH of course) for a couple of months.

Hi congratulations! sorry to hijac your thread but are you feelin any symptoms yet? I just had positive this week but am not really experiencing any sickness or anything yet and cant remember when its supposed to start??

Congratulations mattysmum! No symptoms yet. I didn't get any symptoms with DD till the tiredness kicked in around 7 weeks. Had a good pregnancy last time with no sickness. What are the chances that'll happen again....here's hoping!!

Have you calculated your due date yet? Mine is 17th December.

Congratulations! I got my BFP on Easter Sunday last year. Consequently I am now eating hot cross buns very quietly trying not to wake her up so I can MN reflect on the day in peace [bugrin]

Yes (dont want to tempt fate ) BUT my due date would be 10th December! In time for christmas:) but thats going by lmp might be more accurate from conception and i just worked out that was 16 days ago! Maybe I am worried about nothing and I'll be sick as a dog in couple weeks....I normally get sickness have had early mc in past tho so need to chill out as I cant change things by worrying! Also got drunk last weekend :( keep telling myself a lot of people do before they realise but again something else for me to worry over lol.... how long you going to wait to share in Rl? 12 wks?

Will probably wait til after first scan, which was done at 9 weeks last time. Sorry to hear about your mc but do try not to worry, as it will change nothing. Just look after yourself and let your body do its thing. And remember, no sickness is a good thing! I had next to none with DD and she is wonderful

DH and I both have December birthdays, and with this little one and Christmas too, it is a crowded month. But in a lovely way!

I got a bfp yesterday. We've been trying for dc2 for 18 months so very excited but also quite worried! I've been bleeding a bit but I bled loads with dc1 and she came out absolutely perfect, so fingers crossed all will be fine again!
