Well... just what the title says really. Has anyone tried reflexology to help with nausea and morning sickness? I'm fed up of it and hard going with 2 young girls at home.

Any feedback welcome.

Thanks

Nope but I too would love to know if it works!

I've not but I did try accupuncture - it didn't work for me!

I had those travel sickness bands and they work using acupressure I think. Worked for me, felt fine until I took them off so had to wear them in the shower too!!

Thanks littlemissnormal. I tried them with DD2, but didn't have much joy. Maybe I'll try them again to see if a different pregnancy has a different effect...

Thanks

I used the MorningWell CD with DD1.

I tried the travel sickness bands too, they didn't work with DD2, but the definitely helped this time.

I also have 2 young DDs and have had horrible morning sickness, you have my sympathies xxx
