18+4 not much movement - should I be concerned?

DC2. Baby was pretty active on Friday night and I've felt the odd wriggle each day. I haven't felt much at all since Saturday day time (the odd kick here or there) and am starting to worry. I've no basis for thinking that anything is genuinely wrong but after an mc at 11 weeks last year, I'm inclined to be illogical and overly emotional about the health of this one.

Has anyone else had erratic movements at this stage? A friend is loaning me her doppler so that I can start to relax a little. All checks and scans so far have been fine.

i had this and my pregnancy assessment referred me for a scan, the sonographer said that its not unusual and really shouldn't count on regular movements until 20+ weeks im 22 weeks and they are definitely more prominent, i think baby is still small enough to spin round without touching the sides lol :) if your concerned please contact your mw she may refer you for a scan x

I did not feel definite movements until 21/22 weeks. At 18 weeks I was getting a bit antsy about it so popped into my local fetal assessment unit so i could hear the heartbeat. Quite reassuring. Use your doppler or pop to fetal assessment and tell them. They'll check it out and hopefully provide some reassurance.
