Boring people with incessant baby talk

Hubby is complaining I am boring him with talking about baby. But it is hard not to, after 12 yrs of marriage and being told we could never conceive and one adopted child later.......I am nearly 40 too! I know that I am boring mother-in-law. I can't talk to friends because they have had trouble conceiving. My mother is not on the scene. Am I being selfish, or is he the selfish git - lol?

Hey tigger8, No you are not selfish. I bet it was a shock to find out after all that time you are expecting, he is probably shocked also. As you are nearly 40 why not join the 40+ thread in the pregnancy section . Me and a fab group of ladies are there for you to laugh, vent off with when ever u feel the need. I am 43 and expecting my first 13 weeks this Thursday. You wont bore any of us honey !!xxx How far gone are you ?
