and if i lift the pressure off my foot, the pain goes away. This morning i couldnt lift my leg up to put my trousers on as it was so painful for a few minutes and then it calmed down.

ive had it for a few weeks now.

thanks.

It sounds like SPD to me. Google it and see if the symptoms fit? Get checked out just to be on the safe side.

im seeing the midwife in 2 weeks time so ill mention it then.

Just thought it may be the ligaments stretching but its the burning boil feel is hurting me.

Even when i carry a bag of shopping, it bring the pain on worse

Do you have any swelling? I have a hernia which sounds similar although there is some swelling around it.

To be honest it does sound like spd. i had the same feeling since 13 weeks on and off (now 29) about a month ago i just stopped still in the middle of asda and couldnt walk any further as i was in so much pain, the whole weekend i was on crutches and barely moved the whole time.

just go and see the midwife as soon as you can, and tell er what youve been experiencing i was luckily referred to physio quite quickly where i was fitted with a support belt, this took a lot of the pressure off the area and although i still limped for a few days it did improve it hugely. its bad again now im limping around again with the belt on but the sooner they see you the sooner you get referred for help, if you can ring up your doctor and see if they can fit you in earlier, lie if you have to and say you have been using some crutches to get around. referral for the physio can usually take up to a month in some areas and you really dont want to be haning round for that long with that pain, good luck
