9 weeks and very sore down below and inside, feel bruised

I'm very . Im having these pains the last hour or two. It feels a bit like I normally do when ovulating. Sitting down is very painful, as it getting up again, I'm very tender. Any ideas?

No idea, sorry. have you phoned your midwife to see what she says, that might be best?

Thanks foof, I'm putting it down to hormones and it's not as bad now thankfully
