how did/do you feel at 35-36-37 weeks ?

So I'm 35+6. And just started off with bursts of energy. Although I'm absolutely exhausted..don't ask yes I can be both :D you know what I mean..like aching all over yet energetic and urge to do things. This house has been scrubbed so clean past few days. Today been running around the garden with 3 year old playing and having water fights..and then again when DP came home..running around and shooting eachother with water guns..DS was having such a blast! I have managed to do all this plus more, with an extremely bad headache (think its viral, bit of a sore throat) aanndd didn't sleep last night..very irritable and crampy. Think I've pushed things today however.. Bad period pains now! Front and back. Will have a bath and see how things are. Think I've maybe hit the nesting stage...oh and a lot of gooey stuff last night,even though doctor last week confirmed I'd lost my plug already! Anyways...just fancy a chat with people in the same time as me

If you've lost your plug already does that indicate you'll start labour earlier? I know it can go a few days but weeks?

Im 37 weeks now and ive had a mad burst of energy too, im shattered but I want to be doing its a strange feeling! I get bad lower stomach pains at the front when I do too much but nothing at the back, are you sure that your not sneaking in to labour?

I felt a lot like you at 35-38 weeks with my first pregnancy. I was completely wiped out from about 38 wks onwards, though (didnt have my DC until 42 wks).

I felt like a sack of cold shit by 35 wks with my second pregnancy and had no energy whatsoever. I had her at 37 wks!

With my first I felt nothing..I don't know what my bodies doing! I have midwife on monday so trying to wait till I have her as don't really enjoy the trips to hospital.iv took some paracetamols for my headache..not sure why they don't touch it! I never went into labour myself with my first so I have no idea what to expect! I know its early but I do feel ready..counting down the days till I'm 37 weeks..classed as full term!

I have had mad urges to clean tidy organise sort and chuck anything that hadnt been used in the last 5 mins that started around 35 weeks im now 38+3 and really starting to flag now iv also in this period had food poisioning the flue tummy bug and now bloody hayfever im not sure how iv done it also with a 2yo dd!!

last time I sat around,eating watching tv waiting for dd to arrive and thought that was a hardship!!
