pregnancy travel insurance?

I am going on a family holiday for 8 days and need travel insurance. I will be 22 weeks pregnant at the time. Do I need specific cover? Can I cover myself, DP and DS on it? Where do I look? I am so confused, have not been on holiday since I was little so never had to do all this stuff before!

I went on normal travel insurance. Just read the policy details to check it covers pregnancy complications before you pay.

i just bought my travel insurance from cheaptravelinsurance.com no problem and really helpfull on the phones. I'm 30 weeks.
