Swollen/tender feeling down there... what can ease this?

nearly 32 weeks with DC2. Have a vulva varicostie (I think so anyway?) and also feel swollen, achy some days. what can I do to ease this?

Baby is head down (I think so still) and very active.

You get gel ice packs from Boots. Maybe sitting with one of them might ease the discomfort and shrink some swelling. I have a hernia and a huge varicose vein down there (am 30+5) and sympathise with you.
