Will I love DS2 as much as DS2?

I am pregnant with DS2 (due in 5 weeks or so) and I can't stop wondering if I'll love him as much as DS1. I love DS1 so much and I can't really believe that I can love another as much as him.
I sort of know that I am being ridiculous, but did any of you feel the same? How did it turn out for you?

Yes! I have two DS and got even happier after DS2.....he made everything even better and I have never felt so happy as when he was born and I was sitting with both my sons xx

We used to worry about this when we only had DD1 because we loved her so much. Don't worry, there will always be enough love to go around Smile

I was terribly worried before DD was born. I had loved DS so much from the instant he was put in my arms that I couldn't imagine ever feeling that level of love again. I needn't have worried as soon as I held DD the overwhelming feeling of love and protection was there again. She brought even more love into the family so don't worry!

I worried about that so much when I was expecting ds2, I couldn't imagine loving anyone as much as ds1. It really scared me. But as soon as you see/hold them, you fall head over heels. You love them just as much.

I never knew I'd got that much in me Grin. I've got three now, and I love each and every one.

I think it's natural to worry about it though. But stop, you'll be fine.

I worried about the same thing when I was pregnant with DS2 - however it was fine. We all adored him - including ds2 - and seeing the two of them together, playing, chatting makes my heart melt quicker than I ever thought possible...
