PCOS and pregnancy

I'm 30 weeks with my first baby and as the subject says, I have PCOS. My right ovary has always been swollen compared to the left and lately I've been getting a slight discomfort on that side. Could it be pressure because of the growing baby?

Could be, hormones can be odd. I also have pcos, my pregnancy was fine. Many odd aches and things, could be that baby is 'leaning' on it.
