Clicking hips... ? SPD?

I had a right hip that sometimes clicked before I was pregnant, but didn't cause too much of a problem - went to the chiropractor for bad back a couple of years ago and she said loose ligaments.

Anyway, for the last month or so (I'm currently 20+5) it's become both hips and all the time - before I used to have to 'maneuver' my hip to click when it felt uncomfortable, now they'll just click all the time - when I go from lying to sitting, from sitting to standing, generally walking about etc. Should I be worried?

I've seen a lot about SPD on here and it sounds absolutely awful! That doesn't start off with clicky hips does it... ?!!!

Spd is hormonal. You need to see physio. Good luck.

My spd didn't start that way but it might be worth seeing a physio.
