So I'm 35 weeks on wednesday, just been to the doctor and she checked me as I've been having a lot of pains, braxton hicks, bit loose, all the symptoms. Anyway she said I've got about 1-2 cm left to efface and my cervix is soft and 1cm dilated, my plug has gone.she's estimated 2-3 weeks till I'm ready to go and as braxton hicks are doing things she said it should turn out to be an easier labour then with my first, was induced and took 24 hours. Is this wishful thinking that things are actually progressing and it may not be that long? I went 2 weeks overdue with first so I'm really happy about this news.

Oh bless you! I've been feeling quite bad past 24 hours, period cramps, diorrhea, loss of appetite, back pain, couldn't sleep, unable to rest, and not felt many movements. Think may mean a trip to hospital.

Please do go the hospital as soon as you if you are having reduced movements x

Hi
I'm 36 weeks and feeling the same, backache/cramps that woke me up 2 nites running, migraines, (hve them when hormones change) so much pressure on my bladder and bum, loose stools, slightly pink discharge the other day, and generally feeling really really rough. Wondered if this was the start of things? Have a mw app 2morow, will she check the cervix if I ask her to?
