Hi Ladies,

I posted this in conception but I guess you might be the best people to ask. I'm hoping someone can help shed some light on my current situation. I've not had regular periods since a teen and last AF was in May 2011. I have been diagnosed with PCOS and have an appointment at the fertility clinic in a couple of months. About 7-10 (ish) days ago I had very sore nipples. I've never experienced this in the past so did OV and PG test one day - both negative but OV was faintly positive which I assume was because I have PCOS. I've had some spotting since Friday - (TMI alert) mainly brown but some pink/red. It's very light and I've had no cramps at all which I usually do before and during AF. No other symptoms.

I suspect not but could this be an implantation bleed? I don't know the science behind it but would AF not be a lot heavier given that I've not had one for 10 months? I only have these NHS cheapie tests so I'm assuming that it's too early to test. Has anyone had a similar experience or can offer some advice?
