Yes. Could be pre eclampsia. Ring labour ward NOW.

justlemonade · 18/03/2012 21:15

Could be to do with your blood pressure, (maybe pre-eclampsia?). Although I'm no expert, it sounds like you need to see the doctor asap.

ohbugrit · 18/03/2012 21:16

Phone labour ward immediately. Cannot stress the importance of this enough. They will probably want to see you and you absolutely must get checked out. Better safe and inconvenienced than sorry.

sailorsgal · 18/03/2012 21:19

Please get checked. My neice had these symptoms and had pre eclampsia. Just to be on the safe side. Ring NHS direct or go to the hospital.

CelticPromise · 18/03/2012 21:22

Hospital. It may be nothing, but please get checked asap, they are worrying symptoms.

Hope all is well.

georgie22 · 18/03/2012 21:24

I had this during my pregnancy too but I had a history of hormone related migraine. I was able to test my urine myself and there was no protein in it but I still went to the assessment unit. Luckily it wasn't pre-eclampsia but you're best to get it checked out.

The5thFishy · 18/03/2012 21:26

Get your blood pressure checked in your maternity ward immediately. Don't muck about.

girliefriend · 18/03/2012 21:27

pre eclampsia - hope you are o.kay?

ObviouslyOblivious · 18/03/2012 21:29

Call now, tonight, definitely.

MrsWembley · 18/03/2012 21:30

Hoping you've called by now! This just screams pre-eclampsia with me too.

ohbugrit · 18/03/2012 21:45

Please let us know how you are

sailorsgal · 19/03/2012 08:42

I thought i would just check in and hope you are ok aswell.

EmptyCrispPackets · 19/03/2012 09:28

Yep you Definitly need checking out. It may well be migraine but with my midwife hat on I'd always want to check someone out with these symptoms.
