pregnancy symptoms but not pregnant

Feel dizzy, tender boobs, headache, but had AF 8th march, so I'm on CD 11, felt like this 2 weeks ago but tests are -ve

It's possible to be pregnant but get a -ve test result. At 8 weeks gone I had two -ve tests but all the symptoms; GP wasn't put off by that, just said " if you have the symptoms, you are!". I did do a test just before my 12 week scan, which was +ve (I was worried I was imagining the symptoms and the scan would show nothing!)

I don't know if this is good or bad news for you
