30+5 and horrid dry skin. + eczema patches on hands - what creams help?

I have a few odd patches of eczema which are so dry. and my skin is overall dry on my hands, arms, and legs.

What creams work? I'm using Aveeno but no change?

I've found Aveeno good. I've only got eczema on my feet, but for my face and hands I'm using Aveeno. They do a rich night cream and then a lighter day one with an SPF in it. It doesn't leave a residue too much.

i tried aveeno coz ds has a sort of crocodile skin on his legs, it is really really good, expensive but def worth a try scarlet

epaderm ointment is good - the doctor will presecribe it but you can buy it over the counter. It is very thick and helps enormously with the dryness.

Gutted. I was going to buy that hemp hand cream a few weeks back when it was only 5.00. gone back up to 10.00 now! just my luck lol

underneath my cuticles are VERY dry too? like the skin has died or something? and not to mention peeling nails.

with DD i had lovely nails! and skin!

Skin on my face is actually good. its just my scaley hands that make me look triple my age (im 22!)

It's quite oily when you put it on but works wonders. Also good on chapped lips!
