Hiya I'm 34 weeks and am worried I'm going to go into labour soon!! Iv been sick twice today and keep feeling the need to empty my bowels (sorry TMI). I had loads of energy Thursday & Friday, was an emotional wreck all week & today I'm exhausted, my mum said she was the same for a few days running up to mine & my brothers births!
Anyone else felt like this just before they gave birth or am I worrying over nothing?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Well it is more likely to be a bug isn't it? Unless something 'labourey' happens there is not point worrying and just get yourself to bed and have a rest.

It could be. If you're really concerned call your MW/delivery. You know you.

The thing is, when we get quite close to term, its wishful thinking, and you see everything as a sign that labour is imminent.

Its my due date today, I've had a dodgey tummy for the last 2 weeks (every single day) Sad

If you're worried have a check up, never any harm Smile

I had diarrhoea before both of mine were born. Assumed that the babies' heads pressed against my olon and pushed everything out! :)

Colon, not olon!
