Any DVD recommendations?

Before my BFP I was doing The Shred (although I hadn't done it for a while) and found it really challenging. I want to be as fit as I can be throughout pregnancy and wondered if there were any that were particularly popular or any to avoid.

I'll be interested to hear people's thoughts on this one because I run short distances and I like my Davina DVDs. I bought a recommended prenatal DVD as people said it was challenging but it really wasn't at all, but would probably be useful for later stages.
