Anyone bought the HomCom crib?

It looks like it can be used as a bedside crib as well as a standalone, and it's not that expensive. But I can't find any reviews.

Does anyone have one?

Thanks :)

I didn't have a HomCom crib, but looking at the pictures its identical to the German one I bought directly from a German supplier (via ebay) for dd.

We loved it and would recommend them to anyone. It attached nice and securely to our wooden bed frame, with no gap for dd to fall down, thanks to the extra piece of mattress that spans the gap. I thought is was a lot better than some of the more expensive bedside cots and cribs I saw available at the time.

I passed ours on to my neice when she had her first dc and she loved it as well.

My only regret is not having had a bedside crib for my first two dcs, it made night feeds so much easier and meant we all got more sleep.

Our came with a horribly mattress though, so I had one made by these people. That said, the mattress on the HomCom site looks ok, so you probably wouldn't need to to do that.

ImpYCelyn, did you buy this? What's it like? I'm thinking of getting one too!

I'm also interested -- we have an Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper cot we were planning to use, but it's the US version and the height doesn't work with our bed, so we're back to square one and quite fancy having a crib insteada as the room isn't huge. I find it really odd that they're selling it with a duvet and pillow, when these are absolutely not considered safe for any crib age baby, and that puts me off a bit. I know you don't have to use them, but it makes me wonder if it's otherwise out of line with safety standards.

No, didn't go for it in the end. We don't really even have room for a crib, so I just bought a bed rail instead.
