As per the title really - do you think I need to wait a couple of weeks for the uterus to contract back down? Or can I be in spanx sooner?

I ask as last time I had an absolute load of belly fat to lose, and it took me ages to do so... I thought I had a massive baby bump but it was infact about 4" of pure fat!

I think you can straight after, many cultures do belly binding to help get everything back in shape. Google it and see!

There was another thread about this the other week. If you have a c section don't even think about it.....
