Remove my trousers Blush

It's for a back complaint, which is getting beyond a joke. I need to know so I can make sure I'm not wearing my most disgusting pregnancy pants.

I'm sure they've seen it all before, but I have to wear a panty liner as well Blush

Ha ha, i had to go recently for a similar complaint, the doctor thought i had spd but physio said i didnt, i dont know if they're all the same but my physio was very over friendly with me, practically had her hand up me at 1 point (through my leggings though) explaining why i had a pain in the groin.

i was fitted with a pregnancy posture belt thing, for this she pulled my leggings down for me to crotch level ( old knickers on show, oh how i wish id of known what to expect) then she said pull up my bump and she wrapped the belt around me, then covered me back up, wasnt too bad as they're probably used to all kinds in pregnancy, id wear your ok ones just in case though. the worst part for me was i hadnt shaved for a few months, so she probably wondered why a gorilla had appeared all of a sudden!

i wouldn't worry too much about it though, they're probably used to seeing all kinds of sights, just be comfy that's the main thing.

When I had physio for SPD I was asked to take my trousers off so they could assess my back properly, and then fit me with a supportive belt under my bump.

I wore BIIIIIIGG pants and she didn't bat an eyelid!

I usually wear a dress and rights and nice pants. Then they can move your dress around as needed!

I think this is a trapped nerve. My midwife pushed down hard on my pubic bone, which I'm guessing is an SPD check?? There was definitely no pain there, it comes from the middle of my lower back, down the side of my leg and in to my foot Hmm.

Oh good god, I can't shave my legs and as for my foof Shock

Ok, well I think the best I can do is decent pants Blush
