I feel almost more nervous this time as I know what to exspect my first labour was 24hours (established labour was 18hours) didnt progress so had the drip to push it along the epidural that they reccomend you have with it did not work at all so had to manage on gas and air then ended in forceps delivery it was v long tiring stressfull and of course agony!

a few of my friends have just had #2 and have had much shorter and posotive birthing storys this time but I cant help thinking ill be the unlucky one I feel very uncertain about the whole thing!!

any words of wisdom?

thank you emily x

Hey 4 weeks to go too till DC1. Not so much nervous, just fed up being pregnant. I'm still at work for another week as well.

At least you know you'll need to rest when possible and every labour is different. Fingers crossed this one is plain sailing for you.
