Hi there,

I know it's normal but: I can't breath anymore, there is just no air. It's a (real) nightmare at night and even during the day I'm struggling. I manage to sleep on my side - because I'm absolutely exhausted by the time I go to bed - till ~3pm but after that, no position works not even sitting upright in bed.

Any secret you like to share what can be done would be very much appreciated!!!

Thanks, Thali

I have exactly the same problem. For me the only thing that works it to turn the radiators off in our room, sleep with the window open, put my feet up on two pillows and then sleep on my left hand side. All a bit of a hassle!

I was joking saying at work just this morning that I'd love one of those oxygen lines that goes into your nose - I constantly feel like there isn't enough Oxygen about...
