Kingston hospital recent experiences please? I'm 40+2 today! Nearly time!!

Hello,

Any recent experiences at Kingston maternity please? We would love to be able to use the morden suite as planning for a natural birth!

I have an appointment this thursday afternoon hopefully baby comes before that!!

Sorry I don't have any experience of labour at Kingston but watching thread with interest as I'm 36+2 and that's where I'm registered!
Hope someone with proper experience comes along soon, and good luck! :)

No recent experiences but gave birth at Kingston in 2006 & 2009 with no problems or complaints and am due to give birth there again to DC3 in October. First time was in the labour ward and I did have one experience with a narky matron and second time was in the midwife led unit which I found so much better but they do leave you a lot on your own if they are busy.

You hear mixed reviews but think this is the same for every hospital. Good luck!
