lower bump, earlier baby?

How true is this?

Hmmm not sure, a lady I know had her bump nearly down to her knees and still went to 41 weeks!

Not for me both times i've been told your low it will be early, DD was 41 weeks, i'm nearly 37 weeks now, no sign yet.

My baby was engaged at 36 weeks. DS was born 40+1 :)

my baby was engaged at 36+5..i've carried low all the way through

42+0.....still waiting

i was the same - dropped really really low around 38 weeks but still had to be induced at 39+4 (for totally un-necessary medical reasons).
