hello
im 35 weeks and ferling very dis organised!!!
I was stupidly organised with my dd to the point I was bored stiff!
we have yet to decorate and carpet our 2nd bedroom to move our dd into before the baby arrives and we have to finish decorating our bathroom and lay lino do some boxing in etc (wev recently ripped out old bathroom).
im not great with upheval at the best of times but im feerling pretty stressed that things wont get done before the baby arrives and I want my dd settled in her new room before the baby arfives?!!!
me and my dh will be doing it all ourselves apart from laying the carpet (its times like this I wish we had more money lol) so I know we just have to get on but im also worried I will run out of steam (i have spd and sciatica) or time as dd was 7 days early!?
I probally sound like a real moaner!
rant over!!x

Not at all its a stressful time whether your totally organised or not so having jobs left to do just makes it feel a bit like you have a mountain to climb - Im 33 weeks myself and I have loads to do its starting to stress me out a lot - not even got a bag ready yet but the tiny task of buying pads and PJ's is just totally beyond me at the moment it really is pathetic - mindue im sure the babies care very little about how organised we are Grin

No help but just thought I'd share so you know you aren't alone... Moved house 2 weeks ago at 34 weeks - as we speak the nursery furniture is still flat packed in the nursery, no curtains up at all, new freezer still in packaging in middle of kitchen etc etc. Poor OH exhausted trying to get it organised while I waddle around trying to help but generally achieving nothing. To top it all off I'm probably being induced at 38 weeks so really running out of time now! So .... I've taken a deep breath, washed the baby clothes and blankets, built the moses basket stand and decided that should the little darling come early it at least has somewhere to sleep and something to wear. Don't stress, they need very little to start with and you will get it done. Good luck!!!
