5 weeks pregnant with hcg of 57 rising slowly!!

hi all, was wondering if anyone has positive news???
I found out i am pregnant 3 days ago but thought was on a light period! went to a and e they took bloods hcg was 47 so they internal scanned no sign of sac and decided miscarriage. 2 days later 2nd bloods were taken to check hcg going down but went up to 57!! so slow rising and being scanned tuesday to see if ectopic or there. I bled through most of pregnancy with first daughter and was prepared by hospital for miscarriage throughout! Is it possible my body deals with pregnancies this way? X

I'm afraid at this stage it is just a waiting game. Slow rising hcg is worrying of course, as is the fact you have had bleeding. But it really could go either way and since you had similar with your previous pregnancy which turned out fine, it might be the same this time.

Just an update took home test yesterday and had a very very very faint positive unlike before so fearing the worst. x
