Is the ten min Pilates a pregnancy version? As non pregnancy DVDs would feel like a strain. For Tara lee, it's been a while since I did her dvd(used it for ds1 not got it out this time) its imp not to push yourself beyond what's comfortable. Don't try to copy exactly the extent of her stretch iyswim just go as far as you are comfortable. I would also recommend birthlite yoga classes, they do a v reasonably priced birth course and I learnt amazing skills on there. For general fitness in pregnancy I liked the prenatal fitness fix DVD but I haven't used it much this time as at 25w I'm still feeling nauseous.
