Morning sickness - negative test result

I have a 4 month old who I am breastfeeding. I haven't had a period yet. I am having morning sickness feelings but 3 negative tests. Has anyone had morning sickness prior to a positive test. Btw I dont want another baby. :(

Haha. I don't really drink much so unlikely. It's been a few days and I add that I have the implant as contraception.

I had sickness really similar to morning sickness when I was breast feeding. Did pg tests when dd was 3 months. It's quite rare (and bloody unlucky!) but if you google there's info on it. Hormones... It did stop when she was about 5 months though, and it wasn't constant.

Sorry should have said pg tests were negative!

Not sure if that'll work as done from my phone on bed! It says it should go by 8 weeks but I def had it later than that at 4 months.
