Hi, my boobs - particularly the right one feels really tingly today. I'm 17 weeks and breastfed my first child for over a year. Is it normal to tingly/fullness around now? I hadn't noticed any changes in my breasts until a week or so ago - looks like I've gone up a cup size. Feels a bit like the letdown reflex used to without any milk coming out.
