Should I worry that dates have changed back and forth so much - implications for growing?

I was very panicky (to say the very least) in early pregnancy and went for an early scan at what was by my dates 6 weeks. There was no heartbeat and by measurement they dated me at 5+3.

I returned a week later and was dated at 6+1.

I then went for NHS 12 week plus nuchal at what I thought was about 10+4 (on basis of 6 week dating - I was sent so early because midwife wanted to stick with lmp dates. At the scan they dated me at 11+5.

I returned a week later (for nuchal bit) and was then dated at 13+1!

I'm currently 18 weeks (or 17+ depending on which of the latest datings I go with, so confusing!)

So anyway, sorry for such tedious detail - my question is should I be concerned by this? Could there be implications, for example, for the fact that little appears to have been slow to start going, but then sped up a bit?

I know I'm probably being silly and scans aren't that accurate(?) but my most recent dating would mean I was actually 7 weeks when I had that first scan that showed no heartbeat. Surely it's worry to be 7 weeks but only to measure 5 and with no heartbeat?
