29 weeks and feeling really, really rough today

I'm 29 weeks and have started feeling really rough today. Feeling a bit fuzzy headed and have got a "pain" in the very top of my bump, but the pain feels as though it's inside IYSWIM.
I've tried going for a potter around to see if that will ease it but it's still there.

Any ideas? Do I need to call midwife/doctor to get checked out? (even though i'd feel a bit daft and OTT going)

Yes I think you need to speak to your midwife as pain at the top of bump could be a sign of pre-eclampsia, just to be safe, x

Oh Right can it? I am supposedly more at risk or pre-eclampsia.

I had an appointment last week with the midwife and my urine/blood pressure was absolutely fine, could it come on this quickly?

Yes it can come on quite quickly, it may only be stretching or rib flare but as your head is feeling strange as well I would definately phone MW, x

I would definitely get checked out, but just to be reassuring, I had a couple of bumpy weeks around week 29/30 where I was just really fuzzy, achy and tired, so it might just be a 'phase', get checked over and then hopefully you can just rest it off.

well i've rang the midwife helpline and spoken to someone, waiting for them to ring me back now to see if the advise me going in to see someone or not.

Thanks for replying. It helps to put things into perspective as to whether you are over reacting or not. (I tend to do the opposite though and am usually on my knees before I go to the doctors or ring in sick at work.)
