I wonder if I could ask for some advice - sharp pain?

Hello ladies. I am wondering if I could ask for some advice. This morning in the shower, all of a sudden I got one really sharp pain at the bottom of my bump. (I am 35 weeks). It was so sharp that it took my breath away and I let out a yelp! I also had a really strong Braxton Hicks contraction at the same time - much stronger than I have ever had before.

I sat down for a while when I got out the shower and felt OK. I haven't had any more pains and no bleeding or anything and have felt the baby's feet prodding me up near my ribs since so I've felt movement. Does anyone know what this might have been? All along I have thought that he might be early, and he's a bit bigger than he should be so I wouldn't be surprised and I know he's already head down. Could this be his head engaging, or something else?

Many thanks in advance ladies!
