pre-natal pilates & yoga, how long until you felt results?

I have started tara lee's yoga, and ten minute prenatal fix dvds. alternate them. I already am not the most flexible of people, and have been having back pain and hips sometimes....

how often is best to do them, and after how long did you see benefits? as in decrease in back pain, or feeling more flexy?
