I'm 26 weeks pregnant and have had a really sore tummy all day,not like contractions or period pain, the only thing i can liken it to is when you leave it too long before going for a wee and give yourself tummy ache iyswim.
Has anyone else had this? or anything similair? i'm really not sure what to do about it,the baby is moving fine and i don't feel unwell as such just really really sore,i'm debating calling the hospital but don't want to make a fuss.

It could be round ligament pain, it can feel a bit strange. try having a hotish bath, it should help ease it

I would try paracetemol and a lay down in bed, let it kick in for an hour and then if its still hurting ring the hospital. They will give you advice but at least you could say you have tried that if they suggest it.

If bubs is moving as normal its a good sign so maybe you have overdone it? Try not to worry x
